Redistricting Advisory Group
The role of this group will be to provide feedback and general advice on redistricting plans as these are developed, representing a range of community perspectives. Advisory Group feedback, along with other data sources, will inform final redistricting plans. The AG will include one parent or caregiver from each elementary and middle school, one elementary and one middle school principal, and one to two School Committee liaisons. Ideally, Advisory Group members will :

- Represent the best interests of all Lexington children in the district
- Be able to understand and willing to represent the full range of community viewpoints and experiences
- Embrace creative approaches to meet community needs
- Be an excellent communicator and listener
- Be available to attend monthly evening meetings from March to September, including our first meeting on March 7, 2019 at 4:30 PM at the Central Office

A complete project timeline is available at:

All applicants will be notified of Advisory Group decisions by February 25th.
