STOP! This form is for members of #34 RCACS only. If you are from another squadron, get your officers to send an email to 34aircadets@gmail.com so we can help them setup a form for your squadron. If you are a member of #34 RCACS, go ahead and fill out the form.

All air cadets will now be issued a Field Training Uniform (FTU) which will be worn for all regular training activities and field training exercises. The initial issue will consist of FTU shirt, FTU trousers and FTU boots.

Please complete all fields on this form so that your FTU can be ordered without delay.
