2025-2026 Concert Audience Attendance Release

During the concert, all students will be seated as a group in the theater while they are not performing. After intermission, members of Philharmonic, Sinfonietta, and Strings students will continue to sit in the reserved seating area unless they are excused to sit with a parent for the second half of the concert (or leave the building with a parent). If you submit this form by Saturday evening before the concert, you will not need to check your child out during intermission since you will already have notified us that your child is sitting with you.

If you do not submit this form in a timely manner (by Saturday night prior to the concert) and you need to excuse your child from the group, you will need to sign them out by checking with the volunteer who will be stationed in the Lobby near the hallway door (near the Box Office.)
