Nordic Game Jam 2015 - Election steering group

    The Nordic Game Jam is about to kickoff its planning process. As the usual members get increasingly busy the board has decided to form a steering group to run the event. We want to open up this process so everyone interested in contributing can apply. The group is based on the responsibilities involved in the event and we believe it should consist of 5-7 key persons. So one person can take on multiple responsibilities. We would therefore like you to write a couple of words on how you feel you can contribute to the different responsibility areas. When the group is decided (by the IGDA Denmark board) it will be briefed on the outline of the event (Budget, size of venue etc.). We aim to form the group and announce it on the 10th of October. What we know now is that the venue is booked if 5th to 8th of February. We also expect the steering group to meet up to 6 times before the event, though subgroups can and should setup smaller meetings individually. We aim to back up groups with a budget for things needed to do their job. Everyone signing up will be remembered when subgroups behind each responsible person are being formed.
