GotMoxie LLC Wholesale Button Order Form
Thank you for considering buying buttons from me! Some important information to keep in mind before putting in an order:

- Invoices will be sent within 48 hours of form submission.
- Invoices are due as soon as you can but orders will be handled in a "first paid, first served" way in order of payments received.
- Files must be sent to my email: gotmoxiellc@gmail.com
- Once invoice is paid, processing time for your order is 4-6 days unless stated otherwise.
- All shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail; domestic US shipping only. (If you would like international shipping please ask for a quote)
-Due to the customization of these items, returns and/or refunds are prohibited once buttons have been shipped. Cancelations can be made within 2 days of payment received, but any cancellations after that will have a $8 cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled once product is shipped.

Circle Buttons
- 38mm/1.5in
-$0.80 per button (orders of 50 or less)
- $0.50 per button (orders of 51-100)
-20 button minimum, 100 maximum
- $8.55- $15.50 2-3 day shipping per order (orders are shipped in flat rate envelopes or boxes depending on order amount)
- Plus $4 processing and handling fee

Square Buttons
- 37x37mm/1.5in
- $1.20 per button
-10 buttons minimum, 50 buttons maximum
- $8.55- $15.50 2-3 day shipping per order (orders are shipped in flat rate envelopes or boxes depending on order amount)
- Plus $4 processing and handling fee

Heart Buttons
-53x57.5mm/2.5in
- $1.50 per button
- 9 buttons minimum, 45 button maximum
- $8.55- $15.50 2-3 day shipping per order (orders are shipped in flat rate envelopes or boxes depending on order amount)
- Plus $4 processing and handling fee

Templates

Use the templates for the type of button you want and send the file back with the guide lines and art on separate layers. Please make sure the full image fits within the bleed area of the button. All files must be submitted as PSDs using RGB color profile. If you are getting multiple designs made, you can have them in one PSD file as long as each is on a different layer. If you add the amount you want in the layer name as well, that would be really helpful. Once you have you file(s) setup, please name your files in this format: (your name)_(button type)_(design name(s))_(total number of buttons)
Ex. NinaGaillard_Circle_Byleth,Claude_40  or  NinaGaillard_Heart_Black Cat_18

If files are not named and formatted properly, that may result in a delay on your order until the files can be setup correctly.
