RMFT is an equal opportunity employer. All Tour Leaders are regular part-time employees (W-2) and are eligible for a company matched 401(k). Pay is minimum wage plus gratuities (most Tour Leaders make $25-50/hour on average). Payroll is cut once a month on the 3rd of the month. Thorough training program in place.
