We are preparing to worship in-person on Sunday mornings at 10am. There will be one service (10am) that will last no more than 40 minutes and all persons seated inside the sanctuary must wear masks at all times. There will be no singing as this is a significant spreader of the virus. If you are unable to wear a mask or choose not to, we will have limited seating in the courtyard. We will be operating at a limited capacity, allowing 50 people inside plus 10 volunteers (60 people total).

THIS FORM IS NOT A REGISTRATION FOR A SPECIFIC WORSHIP SERVICE. In the beginning stages of our re-opening, we will collect the information from this form and contact persons to attend each week, based on different levels of need. This form tells us your comfort level of attending worship and gives us your best contact information to invite you. You may not be able to attend two weeks in a row, as we want to give everyone who desires to attend in person the opportunity to do so at least once a month.
