EVENT RULES:PRESENTRONIX:
Presentation Guidelines.
Students should use PowerPoint slides for their presentation.
Please have your PowerPoint presentation on a USB drive. Laptops will be
provided. We will not be providing MAC laptops so be sure to have your presentation ready to go for a personal computer.
Students will not be able to adjust paper room LCD projectors.
Projector equipment and AV help will be available.
Photography may be used in oral presentations. Graphs, tables, diagrams, charts, or other graphic representations of data should be kept as simple as possible.
Students will have 10 minutes to present their paper in an oral presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions asked by judges only. Room moderators will keep time and let students know how much time they have remaining using visual cues.
The maximum number of slides that can be used is 20.
Students who advance to the callback round have 10 minutes to present with 6 minutes for questions from judges.

EMBEDDED HACKATHON:
The contest will be given a program in embedded, which they have to develop within 15 minutes.
6 teams will be selected for the final round.
The teams will be given a common program to develop to solve a given problem.
The winner will be the team who develops the most efficient code.
The judges decision will be final.

BLACK BOX:
A Mystery circuit will be given in a black box.
The contestant can see and modify the input and the output signals ( CRO DSO FUNCTION GENERATOR ETC CAN BE USED).
The contestants who guesses the maximum mystery circuit right is the winner.

ROBO SOCCER:
Team can have maximum number of four members.
Only one participant should control the robot no player can be exchanged in the middle of match.
A robot can push or hit the ball. It cannot withhold or grab the ball.
Human interference (e.g. touching the robot) during the game is not allowed.
Decision of the Judges and Event Organizers shall be treated as final and binding on all and cannot be contested.
The event coordinator is the match referee. He takes all the decisions and participants have to abide by it.
Coordinators reserve the right to ask for the explanation of the robot. The coordinator can change the rules of the game depending on the situation.
Rules & Regulations may change without prior notice, by the Event organizers.
Positions of ball in the arena will be decided by the organizers on the particular day of event.
The robot should not go out of the arena during the event.
The robot should not damage the arena.
Bring your own robots.
Round rules:
Only one ball will be placed at the center, robots are initially placed at their respective goal posts.
Time limit is 5 minutes.
Participants should hit the ball into the opponent’s goal to score points.
Each participant can make as many as goals in the limited time.
Judging criteria for final winner will be based on number of goals scored and time taken by the participants.
