Podcast Guest Form

By signing this contract, you and agree to the terms as noted below.

Terms:
- You agree to participate as a speaker for one video recording for an interview that will last max 60 minutes
- You agree the call will be video recorded by Krista Mollion
- Krista Mollion agrees to provide the recordings and/or compilations, coordination and production of this event which includes calls, recording, email reminders, etc.

Compensation:
You agree to do the interview at no charge and agree not to request any type of compensation from Krista Mollion at any point in the future.

Intellectual Property:
- Krista Mollion has the right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicise the recording without compensation.
- Krista Mollion may edit the recording at her discretion
- Krista Mollion  shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the guest/speakers recording.
- You as the speaker retain the copyright and the right to use your own recording for any purpose.

Marketing Commitment:
- You agree to send one email to your email list when the podcast is published
- You agree to promote on all available social media outlets when the podcast is published
- If you are unable to make the above marketing commitments, you agree to contact Krista Mollion at kmollion@gmail.com to make an alternate arrangement.
