Note: 
  • The form is to register your interest. The payment instruction will be sent to you separately by email or WhatsApp.
  • Please submit a separate form for each camper whose residential address is different.
  • If the person who will be paying is not the registered delegate, please email us the donor name, donor address, donor nationality (according to passport) and donor PAN card number at cvswagat@chinmayamission.com after submitting the form.
All NON-INDIAN NATIONALS are requested to email a scanned copy of their passport photo page and visa/OCI page and a passport size photo (soft copy). We will also need to know the duration of your stay in India (once travel is booked) and we will need a scan of the arrival immigration stamp once in India.
Accommodation types and suggested donations:

Non-AC rooms:
  • Triple sharing - Rs. 8,500 / S$ 130 / US$ 100 per person
  • Twin sharing - Rs. 10,500 / S$ 160 / US$ 125 per person (must register together as a pair)
AC cottages: 
Twin sharing -  Rs. 18,000 / S$ 270 / US$ 210 per person (must register together as a pair)

Please note that in the cottages, only the bedroom is air conditioned. The living room is not. 

Children (age 3 - 10 years):
Child in a non-AC room - Rs. 6,500 / S$ 100 / US$ 75 per child (applies for either twin or triple sharing)

For accommodation for children in AC cottages, please enquire about the applicable donation. 

For drivers - Rs. 4,500 / S$ 70 / US$ 60 per driver

Please note we do not have separate accommodation for female staff members e.g. nannies. They will have to stay in the room or cottage booked by the family. If you require accommodation for female staff, you may enquire about the applicable donation.
