Thank you for filling out the VCS form! This form helps us properly plan for your child! Vacation Church School Starts Monday, June 17 and ends Friday 21, from 8:30am to 12:30pm. VCS is for children 4 years old to 11 years old. Your child may dress ready for action! Please make sure that they have shoes that they can run and play in.

Please fill out each section for each child you are registering. If you have an older child (11 & older) volunteering to help, please only fill out the volunteer section! Thanks!
