Shadefest 2018 Vendor Application
Hello friends! Here is the official vendor/workshop application for Shadefest 2018!

Shadefest 2018 is going to take place on August 9th - 11th at Pegasus Farm in Elkins, WV.

A couple quick considerations:

1. All vendors and workshops must be on site no later than Wednesday, August 8th. Vendors may arrive as early as Tuesday, August 7th.

2. Vendor sites are offered on first come, first serve basis.

3. Food vendors will be required to pay a $250 site rental fee upon arrival.

4. Nonfood vendors will be required to pay a $150 site rental fee upon arrival.

6. Vendors will be allowed to camp in their vendor area.

7. All vendor spaces will have electricity provided. Water will be provided to some of the sites, please let us know in advance if you require a water hookup.

8. All attendees, including vendors, staff, and organizers, must pay a $20 camping fee per person to the venue upon arrival.

8. Each vendor will be provided with 2 free event tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased in advance or at the gate for $69 - please let us know before the event if you require more tickets.
