Wave-Maker Mentorship Program - Mentor Interest Form
The CAP Career and Alumni team is excited to share the launch of our Wave-Maker Mentorship Pilot Program this Fall! At CAP, we want to continue finding ways for Wave-Makers to recycle their success and build connections between one another. If you are interested in participating as a mentor, please complete this form and a member from our team will reach out to you with next steps! See below for additional Wave-Maker Mentorship Program details:
-What is the Wave-Maker Mentorship Program?
This pilot program is a partnership between Wave-Makers where insights and experiences are exchanged to develop opportunities for connection and community.
-How can I become a mentor?
We will offer two types of mentoring: 1) Formal mentoring where mentors/mentees will meet with one another (virtually, in-person, or both!) to discuss relevant topics, develop goals, and build connections. The pilot's duration and key dates will be announced by the CAP Career and Alumni Team. You will receive regular communication with tips and tricks for a successful mentoring relationship. 2) Flash mentoring is for mentors who may not be able to fully commit to the formal mentoring program. As a flash mentor, Wave-Makers can reach out to you for informational interviews, career questions, and more.
-What is the time commitment?
The duration of the formal mentoring program is TBD. Mentors/mentees will be expected to agree on their own meeting dates and times, with the minimum requirements to be determined by the Career and Alumni team. More information will be provided as mentors and mentees are matched and we officially kickoff the pilot this summer.
