Gebruik dit formulier om je aan te melden voor een gig in Cafe The Jack.
Voor ons is dit de meest makkelijke manier om  de vele aanmeldingen in goede banen te leiden.
Na je aanmelding ontvang je een bevestigingsmail op het opgegeven e-mail adres.
We hebben dan je aanmelding ontvangen en zullen deze dan beoordelen.
Wanneer we interesse hebben zullen we via e-mail verder contact opnemen.
Hoor je niets van ons, dan hebben we geen interesse / geen plaats of vinden we je band niet matchen met onze kroeg.
We hebben helaas geen tijd om over alle inschrijvingen te corresponderen.

Use this form to sign up for a gig at Cafe The Jack.
This is the easiest way for us to manage the many registrations.
After your registration you will receive a confirmation email at the specified e-mail address.
We will then have received your application and will then look into it.
If we are interested we will contact you by e-mail.
If you do not hear from us, then we have no interest / no slots available or we do not think your band matches our pub.
Unfortunately we do not have time to reply to all registrations.
