Kind: Space Rental Application - Suite 404

As part of its service to the community, Kind provides meeting rooms to community groups, not-for-profit organizations, private groups and corporations subject to the provisions outlined in the rental agreement and the following provisions of this policy:

- Meeting rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. Bookings must be made with a valid email address.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hours notice is required for rental cancellation without penalty.

- Access will be provided equitably, regardless of beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups provided they share the values of the organization, however, priority for bookings will be given to Kind groups and functions.

- Neither the name nor the address of Kind may be used as the official address or headquarters of an individual or organization.

- Kind reserves the right to revoke permission to use the meeting rooms.

- Audio-visual equipment must be booked in advance. Audio/visual equipment includes a projector and screen, laptop with internet access and high quality speakers.

- Audio/visual equipment can be rented separately for $50/day.

- Groups may serve non-alcoholic refreshments and food in the meeting room areas.

- It is the responsibility of all Rentees to remove all debris and garbage and to arrange the furniture in the room to the order it was found.

- Additional fees may apply for larger scale events.

- Terms for room rentals will be binding between the Agency and the Rentee through this contract. Room bookings are not confirmed until a contract is signed by all parties. The contract can be signed on behalf of Kind by the Executive Director or their designate.
