By completing and signing this application,

I understand that I must be a homeowner to receive service from Bridge Builders.

I understand that if my project is selected by Bridge Builders that I will be required to complete one of the following:
 
    1) Pay for material costs to complete the project.
    2) Volunteer my time by serving another neighbor's project.
    3) Provide an individual other than myself to serve another neighbor's project.

I understand that my required participation must be completed prior to Bridge Builders starting the project on my home.

I understand that while my project is being worked on, I am to be present and engage with volunteers during the duration of the project.
