You will be responsible for working closely with the Studio Owner, helping oversee the daily operations and staff (six to eight part-time employees). Other responsibilities include maintaining extensive administrative duties (fine-tuned organization skills and the ability to prioritize your workload is critical), helping plan and oversee events and parties, oversee placing and receiving orders, studio cleanliness and organization.
Please keep in mind that artistic abilities/experiences are not required for this position. Training is provided in all areas; no prior ceramic or glass experience is required. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment with customers of all ages; we are most interested in your professional background, ambitions and what drives you as a leader of a company.
