We appreciate your interest in becoming an official licensed vendor for AIA.

Please fill out and submit the application below in its entirety; incomplete applications will not be
considered. You will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt, and it will take up to 14
business days to process your application once all required components have been submitted.
When the process has been completed, an approval or denial will be sent via email.

Note: to be considered, all vendors must have a current price list available for review.

Note: if you use a 3rd party vendor, they must also submit an application for approval. Any 3rd party vendor not approved and officially contracted to work with AIA will cause both parties to be subject to legal ramifications if any AIA apparel or paraphernalia is  produced outside of an official contract.

What is your current price list? *
Alpha Iota Alpha does not currently require a vendor fee to become a licensed vendor with us. However, we do require all prospective vendors to send a price list, sample mock-up picture (via email) and an actual sample of work (via USPS/FedEx/etc).

1) Please send your price list AND attach a picture of the mock-up for the item you plan to submit

You will receive an email confirmation when we have received each component listed above and your application will then be processed.
