We are giving only 1 Table Space of 4ft*2ft with 2 chairs and not a stall and it’s a open space. • Space will be booked by filling the “Space Booking Form” along with 100% of the total fee by Cash/Bank Transfer. •Table Space will be allotted on first come first basis and will close the bookings after all the space has been filled. • Space once allotted will not be transferable. • Racks are not included in the fee. • No refund will be made if participation is withdrawn in any circumstances or any natural calamities takes place. • Insurance of product will rest entirely with participants, they are advised to insure their products fully against all risk & hazard. • Security of flea in individual stalls will be the responsibility of space holder’s. However to prevent trespassing of flea premises, organizer will make general security arrangements. • Participants shall extend all co-operation with organizer in observing rules of flea premises & maintaining clean, healthy & decent atmosphere. • In the event of flea being cancelled/postponed due to unforeseen reasons, the liability of the organizer is limited to refund only space rental paid by the participants. •The organizer reserve the right to be the final authority in settling any claims or disputes. •All disputes are subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
