SASSC Research Spotlights
The Society for Affective Science Student Committee wants to raise the profile of students and their research in affective science - both to increase the visibility of early affective investigators ... and to give students a platform for sharing their work more broadly across the Society.

If you are interested in being featured in our "SASSC Student Research Spotlight," please complete and submit this form in its entirety. Due to the number of submissions, we may not be able to spotlight all students--or at least not spotlight you immediately.

Spotlights are reviewed once a month and two will be selected for posting each month. Submissions should be completed by 11:59pm EST on the last day of each month to be considered for the next round of spotlights. Your submission will be considered in future months too. If we select you for a later month's spotlight (6 months or more after your initial submission), we will reach out to you to make sure information is still up-to-date and correct. You are also welcome to resubmit after six months if you want to be re-considered or if you want to update your submission with new information.

Spotlights are presented to the student social media team in a de-identified form. Selection is made with the goal of spotlighting a diversity of research areas, stages of training, geographical regions, and backgrounds.

If you are selected, you will receive an email from SASSC's Secretary, Abhishek Saxena or from John Purcell, a member of the SASSC Social Media Team. They will also ask you for a professional photo to include with the post! If you have any questions, you may contact
