Hi! After a number of inquiries and requests, I've decided to finally set up a coaching and advisory practice to help people manage misophonia and its effects on our lives.
After hundreds of diverse interviews, conversations and messages with people with misophonia, clinicians, and researchers, I've pretty much heard it all.
I'm offering to help guide people through their individual circumstances, consider options they may not have thought of, build and iterate on a plan to manage and cope better, track their progress, be a sounding board when needed, bring positivity and dare I say humor, plus suggest trusted specialists if you want to pursue modalities I can't offer.
The sessions will be virtual and open to anyone in the world. I'm still working out some details like cost and scheduling to make sure this is optimal for as many people as possible.
There's no need for a long-term commitment - you can try it for a while and see how it goes for you. :)
I also coach and mentor people in their careers so this is not totally new to me.
I'm also planning to work with caregivers who are dealing with a loved one that has misophonia.
