2025 NCAGT PAGE Chapter Award Nomination Form

The North Carolina Association for the Gifted and Talented recognizes individual PAGE Chapters (PAGE Affiliates) for outstanding contributions to the well-being of gifted students in their community.  Past PAGE recipients are eligible for this award.  Nominations are made by individual PAGE Affiliates and final selection is by secret ballot of the Board of Directors.  This award is not necessarily presented each year.

Please include a summary highlighting the chapter's activities and accomplishments over the last school year. Such accomplishments might include contributions to the well-being of local programs for gifted students, informative programs for parents and teachers, and direct services to students.  PAGE Chapters should demonstrate adherence to the standards set forth by NCAGT.
