Request to Change Overseas Voter's Address within Germany (for registered Overseas Voters only)

The Overseas Voting for the Mid-Term National Elections will take place for a period of one month, from mid-April until 13 May 2019. In Germany, ballots will be mailed to the overseas voters, who must then mail them back to the Philippine Embassy in time to be received by close of voting on 13 May. More information will be provided on the Embassy's website closer to the Elections.

To ensure that registered Overseas Voters will receive their ballots, we request those who have changed their address from the time they registered to provide us with their new address using this form. Information such as passport number and former mailing address is requested to help verify the authenticity of the request. We also request an e-mail address or phone number so we can get in touch with you if we have more questions. Please note that submission of this form is not in itself considered an approval of the request to change address. The new mailing address will be sent to COMELEC, who shall take appropriate action on the request.

After the Elections, when registration reopens, we request that you formally file for a Change of Address so that your new address can be reflected in the Certified List of Overseas Voters.

Ang Overseas Voting para sa Pambansang Halalan ay gaganapin sa loob ng isang buwan mula sa gitna ng Abril hanggang ika-13 ng Mayo 2019. Dito sa Alemanya, ang mga balota ay ipadadala sa mga botante sa pamamagitan ng Coreo (Deutsche Post), at kailangang matanggap muli ng Pasuguan (Philippine Embassy) ang balota bago magsara ang presinto sa ika-13 ng Mayo. Pakisubaybayan po ang aming website para sa karagdagang impormasyon habang papalapit ang Halalan.

Para tiyaking makararating sa mga botante ang kanilang balota, hinihiling namin na ang mga botanteng nagpalit ng kanilang tirahan mula ng magpatala ay ipaalam sa amin ang kanilang bagong tirahan gamit ang form sa ibaba. Kailangang ilagay ang passport number at ang address na ginamit sa pagpapatala upang tiyakin na mismong ang botante ang humihiling sa pagpapapalit ng address. Ang e-mail address o telephone number ay kailangan upang kayo ay aming maabot kung may karagdagang katanungan. Paalala po lamang na hindi ito nangangahulugang aprobado na ang pagpapalit ng address. Ipadadala ang mga request na magpalit ng address sa COMELEC upang kanilang gawan ng tamang aksyon.

Pagkatapos ng Halalan, kapag muling nagbukas ang registration, ay mangyari pong mag-file ng Change of Address form upang ang inyong bagong address ay mailagay sa Certified List of Overseas Voters.
