We are all so providing filament as you drop off 3D printed parts. If you need filament there will be a few questions at the end of this form.

Karma Manufacturing will be performing quality control, packaging, assembly, and facilitating distribution to local hospitals, long term care facilities, and other front line workers.
All items need to be in a sealed bag with your full name either written on the bag or on a note within the bag.
