ACCESSIBILITY NOTES
The site will be outdoors in a pavement parking lot accessible by wheelchair. There is a slight decline/unevenness. We will have shade structures, water for refills (bring your own bottle), and sunscreen. Indoor air conditioning will be available next door for those who need to cool off.
There are three indoor bathrooms in a building next door approximately 50 feet away. Entrance includes a five foot ramp. One is bathroom is wheelchair accessible (approximate distance from door: 10 ft. of carpet, 40 ft. hardwood floor).
Masks and social distancing are encouraged, but optional. This is an outdoor event.
We will have extra chairs to sit, but feel free to bring your own if you have one.
