CSI is embarking on its sixth year of a comprehensive volunteer program, Dive into CSI. This program was created to provide intentional professional development opportunities for folks working in, or with an interest in, the functional areas of community service/service learning, leadership education, fraternity and sorority affairs, and student organizations and activities.

A major emphasis of the Commission’s work is on the integration of out-of-class activities of students on the campus and in the larger community with the formal academic curriculum. The Commission fulfills its function not only through convention programming but also through research and ongoing task force efforts aimed at advancing and advocating the development of more visible student organizations and activities programs.  This powerful work is only made possible by a team of dynamic of volunteers!

The CSI is excited to offer a broad range of volunteer opportunities to our outstanding members through “Dive into CSI”.  Each volunteer opportunity lasts for a one year term: June 1, 2018-May 31, 2019. Applications for CSI volunteers are due on April 27, 2018 at 5pm EST. Volunteers will be notified of the status of their application by May 18, 2018. Applications received after this date are still eligible for enrollment, but priority placements will be given to those who apply on time.
