Generally speaking, Windhorse members (complete application, regular monthly financial donation) and full-time participants will be given priority, though other considerations may be taken into account. It's not unusual for cancellations to occur, and so we do maintain a waiting list.
Preliminary decisions will be announced on September 8 though people should feel free to apply at time time before the sesshin begins to see if space is available. If you need to know whether you've been accepted before September 8 because of work or travel related issues, please contact us directly.
Also, with our increased numbers, please know that all participants will have a minimum of one roommate.
We are also still requiring full Covid-19 vaccinations to participate in this retreat.
