Gentry Schools - Transportation Questionnaire
Since we are not able to have an in person back to school open house this year we are asking parents of on-site enrolled students to please complete this form so that we can plan accordingly for school bus transportation..

Please complete this form on or before Sunday, August 9, 2020.

We will be taking as many health and safety precautions as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic in regards to school bus transportation. Each bus will be cleaned and disinfected before the route begins and after the route is complete.

In addition to the normal rules on the school bus we will also be following these pandemic procedures:

1. A mask or face coverings will be required to ride a school bus because social & physical distancing are not always possible when riding.
2. Assigned seats will be required and siblings and households will be seated together.
3. At the first bus stop on the route those students will be seated at the rear of the bus. While the bus continues upon it's route the seats will fill from the back to the front to limit students walking past others when boarding.

The information you provide by completing this form will help us in planning the bus routes. If you answer "No" to the fourth question this will complete your form and we say thank you for providing that information. If your answer to the fourth question is "Yes" then we will ask a few additional questions to help us better serve your child in regards to transportation.
