The Home Apothecary Program will run for 8 sessions on Saturdays from 10 am - 1 pm from April to November. The course is taught by Holly Poole-Kavana of Little Red Bird Botanicals.
The scholarship positions are available for those making less than the DC Living Wage (http://livingwage.mit.edu/counties/11001). For a single adult, this is $710/ week before taxes but the calculation is variable dependent on your household- please reference the chart or contact us with questions. Proof of income must be submitted to qualify. Acceptable proof of income could include a recent pay stub, a letter from a source of public benefits, or another fixed income statement. Please submit proof of income to Josephine Chu at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit in the Google form below.
Scholarship applications are due Wednesday, March 13 and we will inform you of your status shortly after that date. We will accept scholarships after that date, if there is still availability.
