Item Request Form

If we do not have an article, book, single book chapter or other physical item, you can request it! Fill out the form below. We will request the item from another library. If we can get it, we will deliver it to your Clackamas email address, or notify you when it arrives. Deliveries can be expected within 3 - 10 business days. This service is free and is called interlibrary loan. Email lise.stephens@clackamas.edu for any questions.

Books have 10 or 13 digit ISBN numbers. Articles have DOI numbers that usually start with https://doi.org/xxxxx
