We are working to offer an afterschool enrichment program for students in the surrounding area of the Vietnam Buddhist Center (Chua Viet Nam) and would like to gather your thoughts and preferences. Your input will help us tailor our integrated Mindfulness After-school Program (iMAP) to meet the needs and interests of this local community.  Filling out this form will help us make final preparations for the Summer 2026 and the next school year of 2026-2027.

- Planned hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm for Summer and 3:30pm to 6:30pm Monday to Friday for After-school.
