In-studio protocols (HOSTS):
1. ENTER THE STUDIO VIA THE STUDIO ENTRANCE AT SUITE 215. FACIAL COVERINGS REQUIRED prior to going "on-air." Your producer will prepare the set for you. Our staff will sanitize the studio using CDC-approved/recommended products.
2. NO PUBLIC HEADPHONES. The set will not have the usual headphones. Instead, there will be an individually wrapped earphone (brand new) for use by the hosts and will will either be discarded after use or brought home by the hosts for their personal use. No sharing of headphones and earpieces.
3. The microphones are disinfected after every use. Further, you will notice that the microphone will have a fresh disposable covering when you arrive. These coverings are available at the studio (also individually-wrapped). AFTER YOUR SET, PLEASE REMOVE AND DISCARD THE MICROPHONE COVERINGS INTO THE TRASH BIN.
4. YOUR PRODUCER WILL NOT MEET YOU INSIDE THE ANNOUNCER'S BOOTH. The producer will stay at the PRODUCER'S BOOTH at all times and WILL NOT ENTER YOUR ANNOUNCER'S BOOTH at any time during your stay. You will be able to communicate with the producer via the microphones on the set. All technical work can be done by your producer from the producer's booth.
5. Producers and other staff will not use the entrance at Suite 215 (your announcer's booth). They will have a separate entrance at Suite 200.
