VO2 Max / Cyclecore Data

I am collecting this information to provide you with an estimate of your current fitness level based on the VO2 Max Calculator created by the Cardiac Exercise Research Group. This group is housed at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. With a few easy measurements, and no clinical testing, this is a great tool to use to track your fitness changes over time... say specifically over the next few months here in Cyclecore!
