APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED AND CANDIDATES ARE CONTACTED IN NOVEMBER WITH THE DECISSION.
Welcome to our 2025 Flex-Fletch Archery Team application. We appreciate your interest in representing our company and we’re looking forward to working together. Our team is our most valuable asset, and we appreciate you all so much for the support over the past several years. We’ve created three different sponsorship levels to have appropriate support for athletes in different stages of their archery careers. Whether you’re just getting into national competitions or headed to compete in the next Olympic games we want to be with you on that journey.
The below link outlines some items we take into consideration when placing athletes into sponsorship levels. These are not strict rules but are meant to give applicants some realistic expectations when submitting their application. (Link place here)
FLEX-FLETCH PROSTAFF AGREEMENT.
Team Flex-Fletch Members are our brand embassadors. Your mission is to share your experience with using Flex-Fletch Vanes by images and/or stories of your archery adventures on a hunt, at a tournament, with your friends or in the backyard. Sharing these experiences in person and online helps us with name recognition. Hearing how the flex-fletch vanes have made a difference to you helps open minds to the Flex-Fletch Difference.

● Execute strategic sharing campaigns posted in Team Flex-Fletch/ Silent Knight Group page.
● Once a month- add new contacts to
https://www.facebook.com/flexfletch/ ● SHARE Flex Fletch or Silent Knight Vanes FB posts on your FB page when you see something cool (if they don’t conflict with a current sponsor)
● SHARE Flex Fletch or Silent Knight Vanes FB campaign into your favorite archery groups at least ONCE A MONTH .
● When tagging Flex-Fletch Products in Social Media Posts (use @Flexfletch for Facebook, #flexfletchproducts for Instagram, Twitter & Etc.,). We are always available to help you with questions or concerns about posts if needed.
