Thanks for your interest in NOLA SECRET SESH ! We love to work with a variety of vendors, such as food, art clothing, artisan items, service providers, promotional/educational booths, and more. Please fill out this form to be contacted about vending at the next Nola Secret Sesh.
After submitting this form, someone from our team will contact you if we think you are a good fit for the upcoming event. Once we contact you, you'll have up to 3 days to submit your vendor fee payment to secure your spot. Due to limited space and lots of interested vendors, we cannot hold any spots.
The vendor fee for Nola Secret Sesh is as follows -
$100 for art, clothing, service providers, promotional booths, & general merchandise vendors
$150 for food vendors
$175 for "Speciality/Magic/Infused products"

*YOU AND YOUR WORKERS HAVE TO BE 21+*
The fee must be paid within 3 days of being selected/contacted to secure the vendor spot. We will text you the link to pay the vendors fee once we reach out to you.
The vendor spaces includes 6ftx6ft of space, 3 guestlist names (a $60 value!) and a personal flyer. You must bring your own tables, power cords, lights, etc. There are no refunds on vendor space.

WEATHER POLICY:
IF BAD WEATHER CAUSES AN EVENT CANCELLATION, WE WILL RESCHEDULE THE EVENT TO THE CLOEST AVAILABLE DATE. VENDOR SLOTS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THAT DATE OR ANY FUTURE SESH EVENT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON VENDOR FEES.
