CAT Walk Registration Form
This is the registration form for the Citizen Action for Tigers (CAT) Walk organised by MYCAT.

The dates listed are for the CAT Walks in the first quarter of 2020. If you wish to find out the available dates for the entire year, please visit our Calendar of Events at http://bit.ly/MYCATCWcalendar.

Instructions:
1) Select a date that you intend to participate in. You can only select one at a time.
2) Complete all information required individually and click "Submit".
3) Pay the participation fee.
4) Submit your NRIC/Passport copy to cat@malayantiger.net.
5) The deadline for submission is 30-days before the trip date.

Note:
1) All CAT Walks are 2-days 1-night, day trips (no camping), unless stated otherwise.
2) Places are limited to 8 people for each CAT Walk, based on first-come first-serve basis.

4) The payment gateway accepts online banking (Malaysian banks only) and an international credit card.
5) Registration will be acknowledged via e-mail within 3 working days after the submission.
