The Karlind T. Moller Cleft/Craniofacial Scholarship for Speech Pathology/Audiology Students
The Karlind T. Moller Cleft/Craniofacial Scholarship helps current undergraduate or graduate students in an accredited speech-language pathology and/or audiology degree program fund research projects involving patients with cleft lip/palate and other craniofacial anomalies. The Moller Scholarship awards a one-year student membership in the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (http://www.acpa-cpf.org/membership/) and $500.00 for research/project expenses. Students must be enrolled in a U.S.-accredited institution to be eligible for award.

All application materials must be submitted by October 2, 2017, including the form below, transcript, department chair letter, and project mentor letter.
