At present, there are numerous maps and tools that use state and federal data (and related criteria) to identify and analyze Environmental Justice (EJ), underserved, overburdened, vulnerable, disadvantaged, or priority communities. The Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) is interested in learning who uses EJ tools, how they are being utilized, and what users' experiences are like.

Parts of your responses may be shared anonymously with a diverse mix of government and non-government stakeholders; but no names or or personal information will be collected or shared.

Note: We use the term "EJ tools" in this survey to refer to a broad range of mapping and screening tools that identify Environmental Justice (EJ), underserved, overburdened, vulnerable, disadvantaged, priority, or similarly defined communities for environmental, climate, public health, housing, energy, transportation, or other purposes (including for planning, permitting, public input, or governmental funding or programs tied to these communities).
