Stepping Stones Early Years and Foundation Stage Conference - 30 January 2017
The first Stepping Stones Early Years and Foundation Stage Conference will be held on 30 January 2017. This day long conference will be led by Kym Scott, Early Years Consultant and will focus on the role of the adult in supporting and extending children's play.

Before starting her own consultancy business, Kym Scott headed up the Early Years Advisory Team in the London Borough of Lewisham, where she was School Improvement Advisor for Early Years for 15 years, following a successful teaching and senior leadership career in London schools. Her advisory role enabled her to work closely with many schools and settings in a variety of circumstances and she has a proven track record of helping leaders to raise the quality of their EYFS provision and improve outcomes for children. Lewisham has recently been named as one of the top places in the country for child development due to how well children in the borough achieve at the end of Reception.

Kym is an associate consultant for Early Education and also delivers training for companies such as Early Excellence, The Learning Partnership and The Training Space. She works with international schools in Europe, North America and Asia.

This is event is being organised by Seaview Primary School and Nursery Unit, Belfast. The cost of the event will be £60 per delegate and will be hosted in the Stormont Hotel, Belfast. Cheques should be made payable to Seaview Primary School. The Conference will start promptly at 9:15 am. Our Early Years Exhibitor Space will be open from 8:30 am.
We expect, like our previous events, that the 100 spaces will go quickly. Payment is required by the 30 November.
