2022 Tower Grove Pride Booth Signup
Date of Festival: Saturday, September 24th and Sunday September 25th (Friday, September 23rd setup)

(Festival runs from 11am-6pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday. Friday setup will likely be from 10am-6pm)

**We are now in the Late Bird Period. All signups from now until September 1st will be placed on a waiting list in case of booth drop-outs or an expansion in the number of booths we allow**

Late Bird Rates (until Sept 1st):
-Nonprofits:----------->10x10 Space=$200, 10x20 Space=$280
Artist/Crafter--->10x10 Space=$200, 10x20 Space=$280
-Small Business Retail/Services/Promotion:-->10x10 Space=$220, 10x20 Space=$290
Sponsors--->Our Sponsorship Coordinator will contact you after you've filled out the form.

-Food/Drink(Prepared at festival):--> $500 (Any size booth space/truck space included)
-Food/Drink(No food being cooked at the festival):--> $320 (Up to 10x20 booth space included)
-Food/Drink Sponsor booths available for local restaurants and required for bigger businesses with more than 1 location

-Bigger businesses (all types) a sliding-scale fee applies:
------Medium: 10x10 Space= 300$, 10x20 Space=420$
(example: more than 10 employees, more than 2 locations, regional distribution)
------Large: 10x10 Space= 600$, 10x20 Space=800$
(example: more than 20 employees, more than 5 locations, national distribution)
------Big/National: Must be a sponsor.
-Bigger businesses must have a positive impact on the local community and the World. Their ethics and policies must meet the standards of the community we serve or they will not be allowed to participate. Admission to the festival and the categories are up to the discretion of the Team and are made on a case by case basis.

-These rates are for the entire weekend (2 days). We do not allow purchasing a space for only 1 day.

-Booths can be shared.

-Retail trucks and trailers are considered as a 10x20 for rates

***We expect everyone to have proper sales tax and Saint Louis City permits to vend. You do not need a special festival license to set up a non-food/drink booth. You may need a business license in the City of St. Louis if you're selling goods/services at the festival. Check with City Hall for more information***

Refund policy: Refunds are not granted for anything other than a personal emergency, on a case-by-case basis.
