All sponsors are required to submit a short application for approval. Applicants that align with GCM’s mission and meet GCM sponsorship guidelines will be approved. Once approved, a sponsor will receive an agreement to sign and return with payment in-full.
Green City Market operates year-round. Our sponsorship locations include Lincoln Park, West Loop (Mary Bartelme Park), and the Indoor Market (at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum). Please view our website, http://www.greencitymarket.org/calendar, for a full listing of GCM market dates.
Green City Market operates rain or shine. Acceptance dates are non-transferable and refunds will not be given for cancellations. Sponsors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies and materials for their booth, including a 10x10 canopy, appropriate tent weights, tables, and table coverings. Sponsors are responsible for clean up of the booth and removal of all items not belonging to GCM. Generators and amplified sound are not allowed. Electricity is not provided. Food samples are not allowed in sponsor booths, nor are animals.
