A food distribution event is taking on Monday December 13, 10-2pm with both PS 17 and Q300 schools.
This is not a food drive but a food distribution event facilitated by an outside organization which brings food into communities for distribution.

We are grateful to have this opportunity to assist in making sure our community members receive food. We are in need of 8-10 volunteers to help unload the trucks, set up tables and be on hand to share the food with families.

As this is an outdoors event in the PS 17/ Q300 school courtyard, volunteers do not need to be vaccinated. If a volunteer needs to enter a school building, then they will need to show their ID and Vaccination card.
