Email addresses will be used to send confirmation notices and to allow parents/guardians access to student grades.
*If a student would also like to take Driver's Education, he or she should enroll in the first session (May 20-24) or fourth session (June 17-21) of Driver's Education.
*Course offerings must have a minimum of 10 students enrolled. A maximum of 25 spots will be available per subject.
*Parents will be notified by Wednesday, May 24, 2019 via email if a course has been cancelled.
*Parents are expected to call the Summer Learning office at 316-794-4246 if their student will be absent.
*No credit will be issued for the summer session if a student has two or more absences and/or incomplete work.
*Summer course for High School Credit Recovery (making up credit) are limited to core subjects: English, Math, Science, Health, and required Social Studies courses.
*Advanced Learning courses (working ahead) are available for EHS students. Health is available for current 8th grade-12th grade and Social Studies electives are available for current 9th-12th grade.
*If you are a current GHS or GMS 8th grader looking to take Health as Credit Advancement, please contact the GHS Counseling office at 316-794-4000 for the registration link.
*Summer Learning Program courses can not be used to meet NCAA Division I/II requirements.
*All courses are conducted online in Edgenuity.
*Drinks and snack items will be available for purchase during Summer School hours. Students may also bring their own snacks.
