USG Stewardship Pledge Form
This is a statement of your financial INTENT -- a pledge form -- for our fiscal year beginning July 1. There is no need to provide a payment at this time. To facilitate budget planning, we would appreciate your pledge by the end of April.

Actual payments are made by you in the manner (checks, identified plate envelopes, ACH, credit card, or text) and period (weekly, monthly, single payment) that you choose.
