Forbeck Forums are small and intimate meetings for open discussion, sharing and collaboration – a ‘think tank’ for cancer research. Meeting requests are open to all past participants of Forbeck meetings. The unique format of this meeting results in informal, open discussion and debate with a diverse group of researchers. It is not a place to present already published results. Follow up topics to previous meetings are encouraged as well. Logistics of the meetings will be handled by the Foundation to minimize the burden of organizing a meeting. Topic, participants and scientific direction of the meeting are the focus of the chairs. The Scientific Advisory Board of WGFRF will oversee the approval of the meetings and participant lists.

Please create a potential participant list sorted in 4 session titles. The Foundation is looking to bring together investigators who do not normally work together or attend the same meetings. Your participant list should include 1) people from a wide geographic spread 2) a mix of MD/PhDs 3) only 1 person per institution 4) an even mix of males and females 5) various ranks with a leaning more towards investigators and those active in the lab. 16 participants should be selected, with approximately 4 back up participants. *
