Please note: you will not be required to follow a macro-nutrient plan or even track calories. This is just an option for those of you who need a daily goal or prefer it. If you don't want to track you can ignore these numbers & just eat healthy food. EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO A FOOD JOURNAL.
