Utah Rural Schools Conference Exhibitor Form

Welcome to the 2025 Utah Rural Schools Conference.  You are officially invited to be an exhibitor at this year’s summer conference.  The conference will be held July 9-11, 2025 at Park City High School in Park City, Utah.  The conference will begin at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 and conclude at 12:00 PM on Friday, July 11, 2025.  This year’s keynote speaker will be Jim Knight.  We have 20 spaces available for exhibitors at this year’s conference and they will be designated on a first-come, first-serve basis based on receipt of payment. We have redefined the enrollment process so that you can determine just exactly how you would like to participate. Attendee List:  List will be sent out on July 1, 2025 and again after the conference. The lists can be used until July 31, 2025. All emails must include an option for attendee's to unsubscribe from emails.
Lunch Sponsorship $1,000
Your company will be announced as a sponsor during remarks before lunch. Your logo will be scrolling on the big screen during lunch as a sponsor.
Extra Exhibitor Representatives $50.00 Each 
If you would like additional representative attendees, over and above your two allotted representatives, at your space, please indicate below.  This cost covers meals, breaks, and badges available at the conference.

Terms and Conditions
Billing and Cancellation Policy:
Billing:
  • Once you have been approved as an Exhibitor for the URSA Summer Conference an invoice will be sent including all agreed upon options within four days.
  • Payment will be submitted to URSA via PayPal Invoice.  A service fee will be added for all PayPal payments.  The invoice will need to be paid within 30 days.  Payment ensures your participation at the conference.  All options, including assigned space, are available on a first pay basis.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any Exhibitor registrations.
Cancellation Policy:  Exhibitors needing to cancel:
  • Any time prior to April 30, 2025 - Full Refund
  • May 1, 2025 - May 31, 2025 - 50% Refund
  • Exhibitors needing to cancel on or after June 1, 2025 may do so, but will forfeit all Exhibitor and registration costs.
