If you attend any meeting in person, your proxy will be suspended and you may personally vote on all matters requiring a vote. In order to vote via proxy or in person, your annual dues must be paid for the current calendar year.

If the designated Proxy is not in attendance, the presiding officer will act as the Proxy in his place. If no specific direction is given as to how to vote, the Proxy is authorized to vote at his own discretion. *
