Strong Smart and Bold Barista Employment Application
The Bold Barista will be trained to create specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks, learn register and cash-handling skills, provide excellent customer service, and participate in other business & finance-related programming at Strong, Smart & Bold Beans. Bold Baristas will be expected to act with integrity, honesty and knowledge in a way that promotes the culture, values and mission of Girls Inc. of Metro Denver and Bold Beans.

Bold Baristas must be between the ages of 14 and 24.
Bold Baristas must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and able to provide documentation of vaccination.

Availability-The Café is currently open from 8:00-3:00      ( Morning Shift is typically from 7:45-11:45 and afternoon shift from 11:30-3:30) Baristas will also be expected to be available on select weekends and evening for trainings, meetings, and events. Please choose all that apply!
