We require that you are open between 1pm and 12am, AS that is the length of the Festival this year on Sept 6th, 2014
Please secure your own valuables. There will be security, but we are not responsible for your merchandise.
Camping will be provided to all festival ticket holders.
Setup will be on Saturday starting at 8am, all vehicles must be moved from the festival site by 12:30pm and parked in the general festival parking lot.
No sound-systems will be allowed by vendors.
You will have sufficient power for lighting, and we require CFL or LED lighting and discourage incandescent lighting in order to keep our energy consumption minimal.
You must be packed and loaded out at the end of the event.
Booth fees for one 10x10 space: $125 (includes 2 passes to the event).
Booth fees for a double space (10x20): $225 (includes 3 passes)
Floating Vendors will be accepted on a case by case basis, and will be subject to a $75 fee. Admission is not included in the Floating Vendor fee. No unauthorized vending.
All applicants will be notified by 8/25/2014 whether you have been selected as a Merchandise Vendor for Kaleidoscope Kamp Out 2014 - in which case you will have one week to submit your vendor fees, no later than 9/1/2014. If you can not pay the fees by the cutoff date, please discuss with Doug at email@example.com. Space is limited.
